The North Shore Improvement Association brings together individuals who are committed to enhancing and promoting the progress and well-being of Fawnskin and the surrounding North Shore area of Big Bear Lake. We lead efforts to beautify Fawnskin and host social and recreational activities for members of the local community. Membership is open to everyone – residents and visitors alike!

Fawnskin’s mayoral tradition is a uniquely charming part of who we are. Each mayor has left an indelible mark on the town, from commissioning Fawnskin’s welcome sign to overseeing the construction of our first dog park.
